3. How Long Will it Take to Get my Stuff?

We strive to ship our products within 2 business days. Depending on your location, you should expect to receive your item (s) within 5-7 business days. Since we are the manufacturer of our own products, periods of heavy order volume may result in longer delivery times. Please Note: We are still ramping up our production volumes, and although we strive to ship the product the next business day, high demand may delay shipment by a week or more. We appreciate your patience as we build our inventory for shipment.

5. How do I Send in My Surfer's Rides Information?

We would love to feature your RC vehicle in our Surfer's Rides section. If you would like to include your vehicle, please send your information to us here. Pictures should be in JPG or GIF format, and text either via email or in a document (MSWord, Word Perfect). Posting is left to our discretion.

6. Something's Wrong with my Product, What do I do?
